In this context, I'm talking about the command name from the p.o.v. of the 
user, i.e. the menu item title (not the command name in the sense of Cocoa.) 
That MUST be Delete (and not "Remove from Group"), because it is the SAME 
command for delete that may be used in OTHER contexts (such as text editing), 
because it is bound to the Delete key. We don't control the menu item title in 
those other contexts (because that's Apple's domain) therefore we also cannot 
change the title in the context of the main table. 

And there really ARE two different menu items. One is called Delete (which MUST 
be called Delete as explained above), and the other is called "Delete from 
Library" (hold down the Option key to see it.)

And there is always a group selected, it just may be the Library group. In that 
case, the two delete actions are actually equivalent, because removing from the 
Library group is the same as deleting from the database.

Normally by pasting with a particular element selected. However in this case I 
don't think this is supported for pasting.
