I've attached two eml files that resulted from sending through Mail.app. The first one, from earlier today, is pretty broken and has the white-on-white text. The second one, from a few minutes ago, is better (but still a little messy -- preferably, it should be plain text + attachment only). I'm not aware of changing any settings between sending the two, so that's pretty weird. Don't know what's going on, but it's probably much more of a problem with my broken Mail.app configuration than with Bibdesk (except maybe that it shouldn't generate rich-text emails).
