This has been discussed on this list a few times already. There's no dedicated 
key for this. You need to use condition tags, for instance something like

<$autho...@count<2?>
<?$autho...@count?>
<[email protected].@componentsJoinedByComma/> 
and </$autho...@count?>
<@[email protected]/>
