Dear BibDesk developers,

I have been using BibDesk together with Texshop for a while now, and I find it
greatly how these packages interact with each other.

In particular, the citation autocompletion function has been quite useful to me.

I have one problem though. I haven't been quite successful in figuring out
according to which criterium (or criteria) the possible matches one gets after
entering a text fragment and hitting f5 are listed.

For instane, when I type "\citet{aa" and hit f5, I get a list of possible
matches which do not seem not have anything in common, with some of them not
even displaying 'aa' in any field.

I would like to know if it is possible to customize BibDesk in such a way that
the possible matches are listed according to one's favourite field, e.g. the
cite key. And I wonder if it is possible to customize as well the way the list
is displayed. For now, the first author and title are shown, but what about
displaying also 2nd author's name, etc.?

Many thanks in advance for your time and help!

With my best regards,

Thorsten.
