Not really a bibdesk question. Perhaps you can use unpublished or report. 
Perhaps someone else has a better answer.

The error is that the entry doesn't have a cite kley. This is required for 
bibtex entries. You may want to import it through a different format, or try to 
read in with temporary cite keys.
