When accessing MathSciNet in BibDesk using my library's proxy (Cleveland
State University), BibDesk does not generate a citation list. This seems to
be same problem as in the following bug report.

Chirstiaan Hofman closed this bug report as invalid, saying "Sounds more as
a problem with that proxy, not with BibDesk".
Can anyone tell me what to say to my library to fix their proxy? For
example, what protocol is used by BibDesk to get the citation list from
MathSciNet?
