In the past, we dropped support when new features are added and it became too burdensome to maintain legacy code paths (remember the pre-10.2 searchfield, anyone?), or when Apple simply drops support in Xcode, as for PowerPC. My impression is that BibDesk isn't adopting much (if any) 10.7/10.8 code, so the main headache is in keeping it compatible with the latest Xcode. Adam
