The version of BibDeskToWord I've used works with Word 2008 and 2011. I hadn't
noticed that Conan Albrecht's old byu site is down until you pointed it out.
Maybe contact him through his new blog and see if the bd2w info is posted
somewhere else or can be reposted (github?)
