Was the relative path from you .bib file to the linked files exactly the
same as the last time the .bib file was saved? This is crucial. The fact
that the links are broken would mean that this s not the case. If so try to
make it so. Possibly with a backup of your .bib file. Otherwise you may try
to move the linked files back to the old location.
