What you could do is choose one as the master library. Then add other libraries as an external file group to it, and import its items. You can do that using the contextual menu from the external file group, or by selecting (all) items from the external group and choosing Database > Merge In External Publications (also available from the action toolbar item). This will only import the items from the external group that are not yet in the main library (comparing only standard fields for equality, note that it won’t merge existing items, so e.g. linked files won’t be copied if they were present in the external item).
