Hi Danushka, As you say, PocketBib was the perfect tool for this and it is a shame that is is no longer available. When I google PocketBib i get links about possible alternatives to it but I have not checked them out. I do wish someone would consider developing a new app for this. I would be happy to pay to use it.
My current workflow is to airdrop individual PDF files from my laptop to my ipad, which is neither sophisticated, nor as practical.
