You can always use Database Find and Replace to find instances in arbitrary fields. You can also use smart groups, which allows you to filter with a very broad range of conditions. In the newest release, you can now also add custom fields to filter for the quick search from the toolbar (hit the “+” button after the search buttons the search bar). Christiaan
