BACKGROUND

Paulus K. Soelaeman
After graduating from the Hotel Academy in Leysin - Switzerland and
Tegernsee - Germany, Paulus has spent his professional career in the
hospitality industry (hotels, airlines and travel agents) for 25
years before deciding to become an independent trainer and consultant
in Services, Team Building (Outbound), Communication, Partnership and
other management soft-skills. Currently, Paulus is Strategic Partner
and Trainer of Choice Management Consultants
Netty D. Kalalo
Although she majored in Pharmacy, she never practiced this profession
but became a Basic Life Support Instructor for twelve years in the
oil industry. Then she became a Sales and Marketing professional in
the hospitality industry for the next twelve years. During those
years she also became proficient in public speaking and a translator
for various government and civil institutions. She is an instructor
working with a well-known personal development institute covering
many subjects in management, leadership and personality
