*Instant Emotional Release*

Everyone has times when they get annoyances or upsets in their lives. In
this article, I'm going to reveal a cool new technique I just learned for
eliminating unwanted emotional responses very quickly.
For the last month I've been travelling around the west coast of the USA,
relaxing, seeing friends & interviewing people for my NLP Monthly Mastery
Series. Just before I flew back to the UK, I met up with a new friend, Kris
Hallbom of www.nlpca.com & spent a couple of hours having a fascinating
discussion with her about NLP, wealth & overcoming limiting beliefs.
The interview with Kris will be coming out in the next couple of months, but
one of the elements of the WealthyMind process Kris took me through was such
a universally applicable tool, I wanted to share it with you right away.
Check this out...
1. Identify some situation that's left you with some minor
emotional upset at some point in the past few weeks. Rank
how much upset you can feel on a scale of 1-10.
I always like to start with something that's a minor issue so
you can get the structure of the pattern without having to
deal with major therapy issues. Once you've got the pattern,
you can experiment with whatever you like.
2. Take a moment to notice any internal pictures or sounds
you're aware of in relation to the upset, then hold your right
hand out directly in front of you with your thumb up in the
"hitch-hiker" position. Imagine that you're placing the pictures
    & sounds on your thumbnail.
If you aren't consciously aware of any sounds or pictures,
relax... Simply pretend that the "issue" or memory is located
    on your thumbnail.
3. Move your hand in a smooth "figure of 8" / infinity
symbol from side to side out in front of you, with the centre
of the 8 out in front of you, a loop to the right dropping below
eye level & circling round above eye level, & the other to the
left doing the same. Follow your thumb with your eyes.
4. Do the figure of 8 movement for a minute or two. If there are
sounds or words associated with the "issue", you can hear
them or say them to yourself while you're doing it.
5. Rank how much upset you can feel on a scale of 1-10.
Chances are, it will have reduced.
This approach is called "Eye Movement Integration", & it's part of step 1 of
Kris & Tim Hallbom's four-part WealthyMind process, & you can use it to
start loosening up limiting beliefs as well as anything else that causes you
emotional discomfort.
The interview with Kris is going to be released as part of our NLP Monthly
Mastery Series in the next couple of months, & it includes all 4 steps of
the WealthyMind process. If you haven't already signed up for the NLP
Monthly Mastery Series, you can get your first month free when you get your
hands on a deck of our new NLP Belief Buster cards at the special-offer
price of £15.97 (your first interview is an awesome discussion I had with
Judy Delozier, one of the original co-developers of NLP).
