Phil Wood increased the diameter of their spoke holes to accommodate
13g spokes a few years back. The important factor didn't change,
however. That's the thickness of the flange. So when the spoke is
under tension, it doesn't move, and the larger diameter of the hole is
irrelevant. It's still a perfect fit.
