Piaw: Great post & photos. Especially enjoy the food shots - cyclists seem pre-occupied with this, can't imagine why.
Question: In the photos, none of you appear to have much luggage on the bikes. And with only 3, a support car doesn't seem practical. How did you do it? Did you simply pare down to minimal street clothing & one set of biking clothes? Travel light & move quickly? I'm interested as to how light one can travel & still be comfortable. I just got back from a month in Croatia & Monetenegro, and froze my butt off a few times because I chose to travel with too little clothing. But I could not have gotten what I needed into even a very large saddle bag. Thanks in advance for your input on this question.
