As cheap and good as Taiwanese solid axle cartridge hubs are these
days--that's what I'd do. Pop some Phil bearings in there if it
matters. ;-) For a cheap wrench you can just pop into a Autozone, grab
a double ended 15mm wrench, cut off the open end, and grind it smooth--
peanut butter wrench on tha cheap.
