No. The Vega has a wider Q factor. It's intended for moutain bikes
with very fat chainstays or rear suspension.

That's a good question. There are now two versions of the Carmina. The
second, newer version has a sandblasted finish on the rear of the arms
and uses a longer bottom bracket axle. And not all lengths of the
newer version are available since TA only makes new production when
the old production has run out.

Why replace the arms simply because the anodizing is polished off?
