Well it would be unless that is supposed to be an Australian local telephone number. Local fixed (& mobile) telephone numbers are only eight digits, with the land lines having an optional extra two digit area code for dialling interstate - the first digit of which is always 0. It possibly could be 9470 4257 or 02 9470 4257 if it was the New South Wales office.
