My 1974 Peugeot UO8 came with an Ideale saddle. I bought a cheap 13mm
open end wrench and hand filed it to fit the adjuster bolt. I still had 
to pull the leather out by hand as much as I could so I could actually 
make adjustments but that worked for quite some time (ie many years) 
until I could no longer make adjustments and I had to replace the saddle.
