So far, there is no easy way to create C callbacks into bigFORTH. 
There's one in Gforth's not-yet-documented C interface, and maybe I'll 
adapt that syntax one time to get a true callback in bigFORTH. That's 
why so far all callbacks I use are either special purpose (the Windows 
version has a callback with exactly 4 parameters), or with assembler 
pieces.
