Hello list, (it might look that recent GTK3 is not Boehm GC friendly, and Bigloo is using that GC, so...) http://stackoverflow.com/questions/43141659/is-recent-gtk-3-22-still-boehm-gc-friendly-thread-issue is a more detailed (but not Bigloo specific) way of asking the same question. https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=780815 is also discussing that question. Bigloo is using Boehm GC which wants to know about every thread (using it). GTK 3.22 is creating threads behind our back (e.g. from g_application_run ....), but these threads are not registered to Boehm GC. I don't know what they are useful for. If some code running outside of the main thread is calling GC_malloc, it could do bad things. So are there any issues in using Bigloo with recent GTK 3 ?
