This is nice, but:
1. I don't see Bigtop on the project list
2. IMHO, it really needs to be automated to be useful. I still feel like
the entry point for the patch review should be attaching a patch
to a JIRA. Then a testpatch bot comes along and then perhaps another
bot creates a corresponding RB request.
Or may be we only require it for patches that are complicated enough...
