Flume NG is getting closer than ever to a release. So we should create a branch
for it to test its compatibility in a hadoop 0.20.20X environment.
Flume NG will also be added to the hadoop 0.23 branch once HADOOP-7937 gets
fixed (blocking flume ng compilation)
