Hadoop 0.23 support in upcoming Apache Oozie release

Guys,

is full Hadoop 0.23 support a committed feature for the upcoming
release of Oozie?

I'm trying to figure out which Oozie artifact we'd be able to include
in Bigtop distribution based on Hadoop 0.23.
