The attached patch is a possible solution here, but I'm still trying to find
out exactly where in Hadoop this gets used so I can verify that the
functionality still works.
The libzip1 and libzip2 packages appear to represent versions 0.9 and 0.10 of
the same library. This fact and other comments in the linked bug report make me
optimistic that this is all that is needed, but again, still trying to figure
out exactly what should get tested.
