Solr 4.0-RC2 has not received any negative votes for release. The current
packaging points to an earlier (albiet very recent) version from trunk. Voting
closes today (10-Oct) on RC2 being officially released as Solr 4.0 so I
anticipate that it will be released Real Soon Now. This is mostly a reminder so
we don't lose track.
