Dear All from Bihar Groups, I have been reading a lot from seriously angry members about how to build a New Bihar by All Round Development strategies - Cultural, Educational, Industrialisation, Agricultural, Newer Marketing strategies and a wholesome approach to creating employment opportunities inside Bihar. We also come across a lot of Optimists who gladden our Heart, we also see some Pessimistic observations where everything is dark, everything is almost lost etc. This, in the life of a society, is a good time for reflecting on the reasons of Success and Failures in other words conduct a SWOT analysis.
Out of these are born an unparalleled Movement by Scientific Foresight Group and Bihar Brains Development Group. Kosi and Raj Thakrey and his MNS have added to it. Therefore, Pessimistic opinion should only be taken as a guide to learn from the past and take corrective measures to move forward. One of my initial observation which remains intact is that most of the Efforts are being done at NRB levels whereas the real action has to be on the ground and major strength and support has to come from the people of the soil. If it is not correct I stand to be corrected. At this stage I feel that the Group Moderators or somebody else on their behalf are collating these suggestions and have good intentions of coming back to it for a serious discussion and chalking out a Road Map for a Complete Change in Bihar. I am inclined to repeat my earlier observation that e-communications have limitations. Therefore, threadbare analysis is needed on all the issues of New Bihar with a Developed Face in both Qualitative and Quantitative measures. I suggest that somebody in these groups belonging to younger generation - resident in Bihar or an NRB - take lead and form a group of people majority of whom should be resident in Bihar to take up the issues in appropriate manner and in appropriate Forums.
