Dear Rajiv Ranjanjee Thanks for your email on this subject . What are your views on makeing a strict code of coduct for politicians aspiring for any election be it local or national with a strict central scrutiny committee to go through cv;s and there should br a criminal record search on each applicant and ofcourse a basic minimum educational qualification . It should also be made mandatory that elections should be contested on party policies and not on peronel rivalries or the use of external force. Elections should be monitored by forces like BSF or any other paramilitary force and ofcourse with an honest observer from the election comm as it was in Bihar during the last elections . These are just my viewes and I am sure there are people with even better views on this subject , Dr Murli SINHA President BIHAR FOUNDATION UK
