Dear Savvy, I totally support your view and am somehow sick of reading these long negative mails, I request peoples to stop harming our society further. Damages done over years cant be treated in few years be positive and build Bihar. Please stop this negative propaganda or delete my name from mailing list. I am working in Bihar since last three months and think its MOST POSITIVE PEOPLES STATE.
