A film industry in Bihar could concentrate on regional films. People are forced to watch Hindi films, even though most of the movies are poor in story and content, in absence of regional movies. Regional movies can bring social awareness. We should explore ourself and our land.

That's possible. The history business transformation of the entire world
is enlisted such changes. The lock-in of a product/service/ ecconomic- advantage can be broken by either better product/service/ facility or by huge technological tarnsformation. IF the government can act in either of there areas then it is possible.
