Dear Ashish,
I think let us not worry about the env. pollution at this stage
because the type of pollution and pollution control technologies are
Industry and Pollutant specific. Also, the Industries being set up
need to go for EIA/ EMP report and get the detailed proposal for Env/
Pollution control systems and technologies approved by SPCB/ CPCB.
Without this they will not get clearance for setting up the
Industries. Let us worry about the Industrialisation first and get
them done. There are methods and technologies available to control
pollution.

1. Carbon trading is not the issue in Bihar at this stage.
2. Forests are the most stable Natural Ecology and Env Mgt systems.
But no comparision with animal reserve is reqd to be made. They are a
part of the Env. systems and let Nature create a natural balance.

I am reaching Patna on 26th evening(~4.00 pm by train and will stay
there till next morning 11. am. In case you are in Patna you can see
me there for some time. Time and place can be fixed on arrival.

Thanx
