Dear All, I believe that it is a good sign. Casticism has already ruined Bihar and Biharis within and outside Bihar love to be with their caste-mates. It is time to shed this evil thought and consider ourselves BIHARIS or INDIANS only. For, instance, I never tell my caste to even a fellow Bihari. I have not told my children about my caste and they do not know that from any other source too.
