Two sugar mills, Sugauli and Lauriya mills will start working after being close for over twelve years.HPCL is investing Rs 600 crores to revive these mills. Therefore a potential for revenue generation.These mills have become junk and therefore HPCL will be building new factories in place of the old ones.
