Hi Bio diesel is a vaible projects.Manufacturing bio-diesel from jatropha seeds is a good proposition but getting jatropha seeds as input is difficult.Try making bio-diesel from algae and use german technolgy for production.
I have a project for this but I can share this project only to those who is keen to do that.
