Dear Surya,

In my considered opinion the election is not going to throw up good people,
pro-people leaders. Most of them will be ruffians of first order. Criminals
are spitting venoms against each other in a stage managed drama and they
will not be fixed for their utterances and deeds by the great law keeping
institutions of the land. So they are not only going scot-free but also will
be a part of the Govt. Such double standards in the public domain is
undoubtedly not an acceptable feature of democracy. So called 'Democracy' is
going to cross all the limits set by the previous elections. Also why and
how you and others like you or me are not contesting the elections. Because
it is limited democracy of Moneyed people who control all the wings of the
Govt., the Mafias, the criminal gangs and the Natural Resources. For a
confirmation just look around wherever you are and not more than 5 minutes
will tell you where this election will lead us to. You will not see a tinge
of Transparent elections.

For myself, "no voting" stands because I do not think a sensible person
should commit himself to a farce of democracy which is trumpted by both the
Audio and Visual Media day in and day out. Because they are the Moneywalas
or their Front organisations- commited to keep this farcical democracy alive
and to continue with the loot.

If somebody is interested in fulfilling the call of democracy Rule 49-O "I
vote Nobody" is the alternative.
