Dear friends, I am attaching herewith the RTE Bill - 2008 which has been introduced in the last session of the Rajya Sabha. I have already circulated write-ups on critiques of the Bill by various authors. An informal Meeting of various individuals/ groups (by invitation) will be held in Hyderabad on June 21-22, 2009 to critically examine and review the Bill and suggest changes in the Bill before it is passed.
