Now that is worrysome. They call themselves "arkitect india" and yet the thinking is so small.
>From the msg below, it seems that the author has taken for granted that with this new bill that the education will be commerliazed and it will not reach to the masses. They totallty presume that the state governments will do nothing promote the education in their state and UTs. Folks analyse the situation dynamically. The problems in society work like a tyres in auto where they can be or cannot be related to the other tyre's function. Here the tyres (dynamic variable of the system) are 1. Mass education 2. Governement school 3. Private schools The clause of providing the education system to the disadvantaged children is like ball bearing which is reqired by all the tyres, now if any one these tyres stop the system(auto) will skid for some time and then stop. But if any of these tyres move fast or slow the system will not stop it will create imbalance for sometime but it wont stop. Then just put some grease and the tyres will be in sync again. I hope u understood what i am trying to convey. When evaluating decisions please consider all the dynamics involved. On Thu, Aug 6, 2009 at 3:12 AM, Dr.V.N.
