Pl. read the story in the Attached file how Naxals are made. All the residents of the concerned villages in Hazaribagh have been asked to hand over their land for setting up a Power Plant. Similar exercise, throughout Jharkhand as also in Orissa, Chhatisgarh and part of WB, are being carried out by the Govt. Most of them incl.
