Here is a the web site that addresses the North Delaware Riverfront Development Plan. Overall its a fantastic plan that will make NE Philadelphia a choice location. Than plan is contained on 5 pdf's so its a time consuming process to go through it all. The most interesting .pdf is chapter 3 where there are numerous drawings of the vision of the riverfront which includes the K&T Trail and a parallel park road.
