I agree with Luissa, it seems as if this is a kind of win-win situation if there ever was one. I think the train might be the better of the two though I won't be too disappointed either way. I'm not sure the rail trail would be used by commuters that much and the fume output maybe mitigated more by increased ridership than incresed recreation. T
