Women's Dirt Retreat, July 14-15, 2001

The second annual Women's Dirt Retreat, a mountain biking clinic for women,
will be held on Saturday-Sunday, July 14-15 at Blackhawk Ski Club on
Madison's west side.
The retreat is a great way for women to learn more about mountain biking or
to improve their mountain biking skills from other women. All of the on-bike
skills clinics are taught by some of the top women riders in the area.
In addition to on-bike skills such as singletrack riding, climbing,
downhills, and conquering logs and rocks, we also have off-bike clinics on
basic bike maintenance, bike fit, nutrition, strength training, and training
for your first race.
