I've noticed this also. One thing that can raise the awareness of these
drivers to bicycle traffic and provide a little cheap amusement is for the
cyclist charge the intersection without actually entering the intersection.
In other words make them think you are going to pull out in front of them.
This puts some fear into the ones that don't actually want to hit
bicyclists. Speaking of the traffic incident reporting test site, it seems
that Lucifer's Two-Wheeled Chainsaw has been silenced, or am just going into
work later these days?
