Has anybody noticed a green "Magna" mountain bike, which appears to be
abandoned, locked to a fourth floor bike rack at Monona Terrace? I'd say
it's been there at least 90 days, probably more. Since the chain is rusting
quite rapidly, I don't think it's going anywhere fast. And of course there
is no license on it.
I asked the staff there about it, and they said they would ask the police
what to do. I'm not sure what the proper procedure is for dealing with
things like this. She mentioned a bike that looked stripped of all parts
along the lakeshore side, too.
