Thanks for the information Michael.  Can we assume
that scenario 1 was preferred since people are
familiar with it and scenario 5 would be easy to
discount since it would go against "the American way
of life"?  I would love to see scenario 5 and if done
correctly it would be a good example for the region on
how to have a high standard of life, amenities that we
are used to, and options in transportation.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where we go now to
promote scenario 5, if that is what you are interested
in, and get it approved?
