I think it depends on the use.  I think the lighting of the path in the
Brittingham Park area is about right, given that it is used by
pedestrian, joggers as well as cyclists, year round. 

The same holds true for the SW path, although it would probably be best
to direct the light toward the pavement better to avoid lighting people's
backyards.

Certain stretches of the SW path need to be lit better, in my opinion,
such as the area between Odana Rd. and Midvale.  It gets real dark on
that section, as oppose to other sections east of that stretch that do
get some light from the neighboring homes.

Obviously, we want the path to be safe, but the neighboring houses want

have lights shining in bedroom windows and we don't want to pay for the
power
