Title: RE: [Bikies] Far East Bike Commuting

Why are they putting interstate on and off ramps on High Crossing, which can't be more than 500 feet from the East Washington on and off ramps? That's crazy.

My second option is to take High Crossing Blvd.  Not too bad, again, but I've noticed the on and off ramps being constructed for Interstate access.  Traveling away from Madison; obviously I would hardly want to be riding in a bike lane that is left of traffic exiting the northbound Interstate.  Also, I dont really cherish the thought of competing with traffic trying to use the on ramp to the Interstate from East Towne; how will I safely *every day during high traffic hours* get into my bike lane, that is, once again, left of the traffic entering the Interstate (while riding up the hill, which makes me even less maneuverable).  This combination of bikes and high speed motor vehicles is irresponsible, insane and an accident waiting to happen.
