I wish you were right, Paul. I know that at least the UW Health/Research Park building was never reviewed by city building inspection, because the State reserved to itself the code review.
Its entrance is ramped *way* more steeply than 12:1 (max allowed in ADAAG, which is included by reference in Wisc Bldg Codes) and has caused one wheelchair user I know to fall over backwards twice. --- at 11:37 PM 30/08/2002, Paul T.
