It's obvious the City is attracting businesses whose employees have an
anti-community mindset, as on the whole they seem incapable of sharing rides
or riding our buses to work.  (Only about 1 in 6 or 7 mv's streaming into
downtown has more than one person in it.)  How can we help them solicit
office tenants who exude community values??

Also there has been something else extremely disingenuous about all this
parking talk the past ten years.  Business in the State Street area have
succeeded in screaming for the construction of many new ramp spaces,
ostensibly for midday retail shoppers, yet the City allows these spaces to
be taken primarily by commuters who could easily ride share or ride the
bus...
