As far as I'm concerned the issues that I have raised have not been 
resolved.  I am willing to be a transportation partner with Dane 
County Parks and DNR, but if they insist on charging fees they are 
telling me their facilities are recreation.  If they are recreational then 
the likelyhood of outside funding for future trails and facilities is 
extremely slim.  Pretty shortsighted on their part.

If only they could join the Madison Urban Transportation System 
and behave more like the cities of Fitchburg and Madison.
